If the HighLine Paint Meter doesn't live up to your expectations, return it for a full refund within the first 7 days from purchase. The gauge and components must be returned in the condition it was received, including all accessories and the carry case.
Every HighLine Paint Meter includes a 3-years IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT Warranty
The 3-years IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY begins on the date of the purchase. Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects including the probe, but does not cover abuse, or wear and tear.
There is no charge for warranty repair or replacement during the 3 years. The customer is responsible for sending the unit back for repair at their own expense.
If the gauge is repairable under warranty, we will do so, if not, you will receive a replacement gauge.
If the gauge has been abused, we will notify the owner of any repair costs, prior to completing any work on the unit.
There will be a shipping and handling charge of $20.00. The purchaser must enclose a check for this amount when gauge is returned. This fee is associated every time the unit is sent in during the remaining term of the warranty. Please call 1-248-895-2494 for return instructions.
